木工旋盤で自由に創作された器たち。

それを鉄媒染で仕上げ、和モダンでシックな雰囲気を醸し出す。

玄関先に置いて小物や鍵などを置くトレー、灰皿としても使いやすい。

どんな使い方をしても、鉄媒染の色味と丸みのある形が雰囲気を作り上げる。

-鉄媒染 テツバイセン-

紅茶を塗ったクリ材に、酢に鉄を漬け込んだ液体を塗布。

クリ材と紅茶に多く含まれるタンニンが鉄と反応し、鉄タンニン化合物になる。

それがこの黒い色合いを出す。

それぞれが持つ特製を活かす方法はより「黒」に意味を持たせる。
